Union City Health and Rehabilitation is in the Southeast corner of the city, conveniently located just down the street from Baptist Memorial Hospital and Union City Urgent care. There are also grocery stores and restaurants nearby for anything our residents or guests might need.
We feature 115 beds and beautiful spacious rooms in either private or semi-private settings. Guests will enjoy well-appointed accommodations, a diverse activities program, nutritious satisfying menus, housekeeping and laundry services, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
